Hey BC!

I've been eating dandelions since I was a kid, probably shouldn't have, but the greens were great! As an adult, I now pay (alot) for them (field greens blend in the store). I do recommend them, much better than plain lettuce. Or you could do as my gram did, just pick them out of the back yard!! (Hint: use a light dressing or even just oil and vinegar.)

You know, the more I read and listen to you guys ...
I think I need to make more of a concentrated effort to be aware of the "food items" available in the world around me?!
Our ancestors didn't always have a Krogers or a WalMart handy - did they?! :)
