I agree that it is a way for Bush to get Saddam on the offensive. But if President Hussein does call the bluff, what then? Do we go fight? Do we back down? And what if he dose view this as an aggressive stance, and winds up attacking one of those bases? That's what's worrying me. Throw in the fact that most of the Arab world is not happy with our choices, and they are not very supportive of this...makes me shudder a bit.

Well, perhaps we should talk in past tense. I think Saddam has called the Bush administration's bluff. And now there seems to be indications that some cooler heads are having their say. Maybe. I hope.
