That's been the one little issue I've had with my 20A OP. Occasionally the head or the "backpack" will pop off when I try to transform the toy. I have gotten the process down, though, and I've figured out how to handle the head-flip so it doesn't pop off, at least most of the time. I'm very happy with the purchase, though.

I'm intrigued, though, by what's behind the mouthplate. If I pull it down all the way, I'd almost swear I can see an actual mouth behind there. I don't have the courage to try to take the thing apart to see, however.
