See, I wasn't too sure about this point. What do they need Spike for? The repair equipment we see looks fairly complete.......and if Lazarus was able to make the Transformers work, it's a pretty certain thing that the US Government would be able to. What do they need Spike for? A familiar face? Unlikely, unless they intend to ask Prime to do something not in his nature.

I think he is......of course I assume at one point he like the others will break the programming and become "themselves" again.
