Yep, he has blue eyes. They also changed the colour of the plastic in the chest so he has blue windows. I know this is not a phrase you much like Goktimus, but this one seems to be more biased towards a level of show accuracy: ie, he is supposed to look a little more like Convoy/Prime did in the animated series (blue eyes, blue windows, matrix in chest etc).

The colour of roller in the 2002 release is blue - I don't know about the previous Convoy release (if he was gray or not).

All in all it's pretty cool........I don't usually buy rereleases of a toy I already have, but this one I thought was worth it, and it is. I'm pleased with it! :-)
