Hi guys,

Despite the flexibility of the Constitution, we can add Bolagard's thoughts to our examination of economic history. It is possible to look at government spending as a precent of GDP. If, as he suggests, Democrats tend to overspend and Republicans are left to foot the bill, we can definitely check that out. I think we should add that to our list.
