Subject: Any Transfans wanting to live around the Parramatta area?

My Daniel friend and I are planning on moving to a place somewhere in or around the Parramatta area of Sydney.

Being toy/anime/computing nuts, we'd rather live with fellow nutters rather than with strangers (as in mundane strangers). Consequently we're looking for a person with similar interests to live with us.

Please note the following "requirements":

* Have a full time job. The reason we're looking for a third house/flatmate is because we'd like to split the rent three ways, and we're not likely gonna trust you to pay your rent on time if you're not currently employed. :p

* Preferably a non-smoker or a clean smoker (i.e.: don't smoke anywhere indoors).

* Ethnicity: we don't care. As you all know, I'm Asian. Daniel is white. No Nazis please.

* Gender: Again, we don't care. We're both guys (PS: not gay)

* FYI, my interests are Transformers and martial arts. Daniel's interests are computers and RPGs. We're both into anime and LAN games (we'll be moving in our PCs, network cables and an 8-port hub if you wanna join in the fun). If you have similar interests, we should get along fine. (:

That's about it. We're going to check out some real estate agents tomorrow to check out some general prices.
