There are two Brede Johannesen Census 1865, Brandval: 1: Brede born Nov. 11. 1849 Opaasen, Berger, Grue. Parents Johannes Pederesen and Anne Bredesd. 2: Brede Johannesen born April 22.1850 Overrudsberget (Overaasberget) Brandval. Parents: bachelor Johannes Eriksen, Sander, Grue and girl Maren Hansd. Overudsberget. Maren had served as a maid at Aamot farm. One of these Brede emig to USA May 16.1879 from Oslo.

Your gg was Brede Johnson born June 26. 1859 at Aamot in Vinger. Hes parents was bachelor John Bredesen Helgeneset and Elise (Lisa) Johansd. born in Swenden about 1830. Brede was her second child. I have more inform. about Elise and her another children, an hwo she was married to. I must work more with these case. Finn.
