Hi!

I am looking for information for this family or farm.

August Julius Christiansen born November 2, 1863 at Linstad-eie. What does the Eie mean?

his mother: Lina Poulsdatter b January 19, 1835 Romedal Helgeaasen
his father: Christian Anderssen b Sept 29, 1842 Stange (Lahlum- I think)
August's parents' were married after his birth. Their marriage date is May 2, 1864 in Stange.

I would like to know where they were in 1865. I can't find them at all in the 1865 census. I would like to know the location of the Lahlum farm as August took that as his last name when he came to the United States in 1883 so I am thinking he may have worked there also?? Does it still exist? I would like to know if he had any siblings.
