John, Could you elaborate just a bit on his reading behavior when reading aloud.

Some kids get very nervous and have trouble even getting the words out. Same thing happens when they try to give a memorized speech. I suspect that's not the case here though, since he volunteers.

So, does he misread words without even knowing it? Or stumble over words and try to figure them out? Or mix up little words like a/the, then/when, etc., when reading? What sort of behaviors make him sound like he's having trouble?
