I think your story is amazing. I just posted info that my son was in a program that uses the Barton Reading Program. It's based off one on one tutoring. You could always start a program and recruit others like yourself. I pay $25 an hour and he goes twice a week after school. The program is located at our school, but not part of our school. They just use the space. My advice to you, is if you start something like this you need to start of slow and steady. Quality over quantity and your kids deserve to best education.
