Hi I am another busy mom of 5 and 3 of my children are dyslexic to some degree. My daughter is now a sophomore in HS and we are working towards college. I recommend a program called lexia for home use. I was rated well to be used with mentor or on her own. It costs only about $160 and was worth it. It starts at the very basic level and works up to latin and greek roots. We are moving on to increasing her vocabulary as she reads slowly and not enough. There are many excellent resources available. We also have used Wilson Reading System in bits and pieces to supplement. Good Luck.
