She is entitled to help under equality legislation and is clearly not getting it. We all understand how important trust and a positive relationship is when teaching a dyslexic child and it is clearly missing in this case. The teacher is supposed to be a professional adult and you should not be at all concerned in reporting them to the relevant authorities.
