Hello there. It must be nice for your Granddaughter to have a Grandmother being so concerned and caring about your welfare as you are. It is not unusual for children to produce mirror writing and back to front letters at that age. This is because they are at such a early stage in learning writing, still becoming familiar with letters and numbers and how they should be. I would give gentle encouragement without coming across as anxious or worried. Therefore it is easier for them to make such mistakes. You could have a look at her writing to check whether it lasts and if she is still does that by the age of around the age of 6 or 7, then it may be time to monitor the situation more closely and see if any enquiries need to be made.
