A friend referred us to a doc to get tested for this advanced (not exactly new, I guess there have been other versions of this) filters/lenses but this new one is called ChromaGen. The improvement has been nothing less than remarkable. The great thing was that he could tell a difference right in the doc's office when he was fitted with the right combination of filters. We didn't have to wonder if it would work or not for him which was a huge relief because they are not cheap. I can tell any other parent that they are WORTH EVERY PENNY! I am not sure if they are widely available yet but we need to get the word out because I think alot of kids (as well as adults) could really be helped!
