hi hon,
don't know if you're male or female, but it doesn't matter......I will still call you hon.
I am managed right now thru my meds....they are working well. AND the support of this site helps me a great deal....just knowing there are people who understand me and my illness is a godsend for me and i think for most of the people here. A lot of us have gotten to know oneanother well in the last 2 years and some have become true friends. Also doing little things that are nice to and for myself helps sometimes. It's finding a mix of things that work for you. H ope that helps some.
