Hi,
I will have to double that sentiment of one day at a time. Yes, even after we get some substantial improvement, those days come that remind us... we do need to live in the here and now, and take each struggle as it comes. Sometimes that can mean hour by hour (ouch, ouch, ouch) and day by day. If I am lucky, I can go a couple of good days. I am still learning. None of the handy little sayings come in handy for us with depression... like "Live each day to fullest" blah, blah, blah. I would rather say "Survive each day with some spunk left"!

Stay with us. You have alot to offer us even in your own struggle.

Francie
