I hear you girl. I deal with those big time. Being without work...no money, not bringing anything in...I feel worthless. Haven't seen my family for months.

Counselling does help Sandy. Please try it. It is not a fixall...but it does really help you to cope more constructively. Before counselling, I would have been sabatoging this relationship. Now, I talk things through with him...he gives me my space and time.

Abandonment is a big issue girl. One that leaves some very deep scars. One of my 'exercises' was to remember every time I felt like someone had left me. From my grandmother dying, to first loves, to not being picked on a sports team and my best friend was. It was a really big project, but let me see in black and white...how hard it is for me to let go of the past.

Take care of you girl. HUGS..Much love and support.

Rhonda
