Hi,
Finding a therapist can be tough. Word of mouth is the best, and also recommendations from your G.P. I agree with your Psych. that short term therapy is the way to go. Sometimes we need new idea's for handling some emotional issues, like abandonment. I am looking for a short term therapist also.
