Hello, just a quick email to let you know that I have just set up a shy community website called SHY United. The site has free shy dating, forums and chatrooms. You can also read the experiences of other shy people in out shy diaries section - and post your own if you want.

I have suffered from extreme shyness all my life and, for me, my shyness has also evolved into extreme depression to the extent that I took an overdose last april and I am now on medication. The idea behind SHY United is to create a positive environmemt and to boost confidence and social skills - things that shyness and depression often destroy.

I would be very grateful if you would check out my site.
