I am 27 weeks pregnant and I am on 50mg of Sertraline anti-depressant. It was a confident decision between myself and my GP in continuing with it during pregnancy.

However, I want to come off them before the baby arrives in March 2005, due to side effects.

Does anyone have any experience of this drug or any other anti-depressant during pregnancy? I have a friend who was on 150mg of Sertraline for both of her pregnancies and the children were fine.
