I keep thinking get out and exercise some. Thinking about it more and more these days. I feel the momentum growing, however, so is my belly!

I have been eating soy protein for breakfast and with some moderate exercise, I have been doing better. Still, I need a couple of Ibuprofen and a cup of coffee to get limbered up in the morning.

Knew this man that was in his late 70's or early 80's that actually used WD 40 on his joints. Swore it was helping him. Since he'd made it that long, I certainly couldn't question his judgement.

I think I will just see the dr if it gets that bad. They seem to be loosing up on giving medication for pain more than they use to. Probably helps that I'm not obviously suffering from a hangover when I ask for them!

Sandy and I are cooking chili and salsa tonight. She's had a cold/sinus infection for about 8 days now. Dr gave her some cough medicine and antibiotics and shes moving alot better currently. Figure a few habeneros can hurry along her recovery:)
