Hey girlfriend. I am so sorry that you are having to go through all of this. I am 38 and finding that I feel the same way you do...tired, tired, tired. The meds for the depression has alot to do with it...but that provides little solace.

Worry, will add to your blood sugar levels. High stress is a proven trigger. I turned to aromatherapy to keep me ....calmer, but it still doesn't work 100%. I have a friend that is diabetic...and looking for a new job, she finds that the stress and tension, really knocks her out. So, try to keep your stress levels down. I know right now, it sounds impossible, but you need to try.

As for being, grateful for being alive and realizing that having suicidal thoughts was really wrong....don't feel that you wishes had anything to do with what you are going through. I have had suicidal thoughts since I was 10 or 11. For me, ... I know now, that I have been suffering with my depression for most of my life, irrational thoughts, hopelessness...come with the depression. We just want to stop hurting. For us, these are normal thoughts. Like you, I used to wish for death...but that doesn't mean that I don't want to live!!! You Gem, add to peoples lives and you have touched mine... there is a reason you are here and it may not be until the end of your life that you will truly understand...but when you do reach 70!!! and YOU WILL REACH 70!!! you will look back on these times, shake your head and say "I was soooo young" *grin*.

You hang in there girl. Love and big hugs

Rhonda
