1. Caleb Ryder - my coolest little nephew
2. Having a good nights sleep and not waking up during the night
3. Catching Lorne looking at me and when I look up, he winks and smiles
4. Seeing someone do a good deed out of the goodness of their heart
5. Seeing someone stick up for the underdog..be it kids or adults.
6. Knowing my family is healthy
7. A hug from my Mom
8. A hug from my brother Duane
9. When I haven't been around and someone tells me they missed me
10. Being told I know how to hug by my friend Selina.
11. Not having a headache, body ache or fatigue for hours.
12. Last but not least..watching Jeff Goldblum WALK!!!
...I am sure that there are other things that make me happy like hearing kids laugh...a babies gurgle...an elderly person smiling...

But you get the idea
