Sorry to hear that. That definitely sounds like no fun!! I've heard that dehydration can be very painful. I don't want to find out.

I have a problem with not drinking enough fluids when I'm working. I'm trying to do better because I'm one of these people who sweat! I'm not a southern bell who perspires...I SWEAT!! and I'll go all day without going to the restroom, because whatever I drink is coming out my pores. I was hoping that since the air conditioning wasn't too good in my stores in the summer, that maybe I'd get a break and the heat wouldn't be too good in the winter. No such luck!! They're killing me.

Anyway, I hope you feel better soon.
