Know those Walmart days where you get so frustrated you want to scream, cry, cuss, and throw something all at the same time?
I had one today, I had to pop five tylenol before my head rushing stopped and worse, I almost lost my composure in front of patients. The pressure was incredible. Sometimes I feel I could not please people if I was God himself.
Remember what I said when you're not alone, that's for sure when it comes to work stress hell.
