Subject: Hello...some good news

I'm trying not to get too excited about it, because nothing is final until it closes but still, it looks like there won't be any problems with it. And even better, the payments, including taxes and insurance will still be about $30 less than we pay on this 2 bedroom apartment. Our apartment is nice but honestly with 3 people and 2 fat cats, it's a little crowded. Plus we spend $55 a month on a storage building. We won't need that once we get the house.
