That's something I haven't done in quite a while. I had both good and bad experiences with it. The bad was once I went to a counsellor a few times who tried to make me believe that I had suppressed memories. I knew the things she was saying didn't happen in my life. And also, she would spend a lot of the time talking about her own issues, which I found unprofessional since she wasn't paying me. Then another time I talked to a counsellor who I thought was really good. She gave me another way to look at things, helped me see things from different angles. I know it's worked wonders for some people.

I'm glad you have someone you can work with.

Right now, all I'm doing is continuing being treated for ADD and that seems to be helping more than anything.
