Subject: are you still here?

Specifically asking for Francie, Jon, Eric R, Jade, Donna and Little one. My wonderful wife and ubelievably dedicated mother not to mention a real HOT Looking gal:), started this website. I try to keep up with the people here but things have been moving pretty fast for the last year. The veterans here have known that and always welcome me back with enthusiasm when I do get some time.

I have been employed in the nuclear industry for several years which involves alot of moving and have a hard establishing deep roots regarding friendships, so I value the ones here deeply since I can always reach them from wherever I move.

I've had depression since early teens and am now a little over forty. Treatment options available are getting better all the time and I have seen marked improvment with my own state of mind. Recently, I participated in a sleep study which proved that I woke 28 times in a six hour period. My pdoc is now focusing on that area much to my relief:)

Anyhooo....(a phrase Sandy detests), I just wanted to say a little of myself and hope to get to know you folks as well.
