I just wanted to say thanks to Sandy for starting this site, and thanks to you for what you contribute to this site. I remember you from long ago, and I am so happy to see you happy and feeling better.

I too have sleep problems. I went through the sleep studies, and found that I had 31 episodes of stopping breathing in an 8 hour period. I tried that mask thing that they give you...and I felt like I was suffocating..then I couldn't sleep at all...

Sleep problems can cause depression cause you don't sleep right. I hope that you find a solution, so you can get a good nights sleep. I still have trouble sleeping...but my meds calm me down enough to get enough sleep to function.

Anyway, I'm really glad that you post...you have a lot of good insights...
