Holy smokes! I bet all the medical office workers of the world would appreciate that post! It does sound SO stressful. I will look at the workers in my Doctors office differently for sure!

SAD (seasonal affective disorder) is what you are describing about the lack of light. Some people really benefit from sitting under a special light. Also, it might help to try to get out in the sun for at least 15 minutes on your lunch hour if you can.
