ty to both of u for your prompt responce, it meant a lot, today i am feeling a bit better, so yes i didnt go back to sqaure 1. i guess some times a really good cry can be helpful, to chip away at our pain. i am exhausted today but no trouble i will get naps in.. ty again for your kindness and care. may u both have a day u can cope with. sincerely donna
