I have been exactly where you are at, and felt (after being hit with one of my triggers) like I was back to square one. Thanks to meds, I am feeling much better now. I realize that we never go back to square one. We do move forward, in spite of hurting like hell. I thought it impossible that I could react less when faced with a trigger, but it has happened. I thought I would NEVER feel better. My triggers haunted me for at least twenty years. But I DO feel better. I had a couple things scare me this weekend.... but not nearly what they have in past. I could break down and cry, (in a good way) that I feel better. Hang in there. You'll gradually get better somehow... keep plugging away.
