My goodness you've had a full plate to deal with! Many healing hugs to you!! It's not un-usual to experience some pain with (antidepressants')--I have mild arthritis on top of my depression, so I expereience that as well. But....anyway.....holidays can bring us down, I was real down last year. I am just making my list and attacking what to do and not to do, and cutting 1/2 the garbage off my gift-giving.......and etc. If I'm not in the mood so be it.
I'm not going to get upset about it. I think, people pressure themselves into believing they have to do or act a certain way with the holidays. I don't think so anymore. I ordered my dinner from publix, cause I work.....1/2 the night......thanksgiving night....and x-mas eve. So, why make it anymore difficult on myself,?? You know?? Best to you, gem
