Good morning thanks for your input.i am trying to cut down on my dose i seemed to sleep better last night.
am going to have a good day today!
sometimes i let my husband get me down i am usually a very positive person. that is how i made it through this yr and with the lords help.
i am just greatful to be here every day. just wish i did not have this depression to deal with day in and day out.
i am seeing a good therapist.i fill real comfortable around him.but thank you for listening.
