Hi PJ...I have the same trouble as you...I can only sleep about 5 hours a day now. What I do to help fall asleep is
to listen to quiet music on my walkman. I choose some classical music, nature music (rain), or what really works well is a relaxation tape. I got one from the hospital that has guided imagery on it. Listen to that, and follow what the therapist is saying..and you will be out like a light!!!
When we had to do that in the hospital, I fell asleep on the floor everytime. Good luck, I hope you sleep soon...

Take care, Michelle
