Subject: depression and acceptance

hi to everyone i am new here hope to get and give some support i hve been depresased for 10 years dxd by pdr with posttraumatic distress syndrome i am getting better from that although i hv the odd trigger come upout of blue i now have severe chemical inbalance and as many of u relat i am very tired all the day its better than crying all day i am coming to accept the fact that i need to have at lest 2 naps a day thankfully i am in a position to do so. i see my pdr every week to keep tabs on meds i take a lot but in looking back i do see improvement but its hard to be patient this past couple of weeks have been very difficult but i am starting to get a bit stable glad i can talk to you all anyone got any coping ideas i hope to hear from some of you ty for listening
