I also suffer from obsessive thoughts in addition to depression. It seems sometimes they compete for the top spot. Right now, obsession is on top. I always think one is worse than the other but this is not true. I just feel so awful that it seems true at the time. Are you on Lithium? I was on it about 20 before the SSRI's were around and it really helped me.

Keep me in your thoughts, and I will keep you in mine.
