Hello there and welcome,
we all can certainly relate to your struggle, it's very much like a rollercoaster ride, isn't it? Ups and downs, highs and lows. It takes almost a vigilant daily battle to keep our sanity in check and to forge onward, but I'm proud of you that you are making attempts to do just that.
My own battle is of manic depression coupled with anxiety disorder and some obsessive compulsion, and it's been quite a rocky journey to find peace, but one thing I found is that here I'm not alone and neither are you.
Take Care and hope to see you keep posting, I know for me,
just setting small goals and then being proud of myself that I completed them, never keeping things inside and talking about them with someone, here if need be, and making use of hobbies and interests and trying to give myself little "treats" to give myself things to look forward to are some of the things that help me.
