yes this is beautiful. It is called " Footprints".
I have it in a plaque form in my bathroom.

P.S. I don't know what to say about your sleeping. Are you having trouble falling asleep or staying asleep? I used to have trouble staying asleep and i would listen to meditation tapes, soft flowing music tapes, read, and whatever soothed me. That's not an easy one. Try a few different things and also tell your doctor.
