depression and triggers
hi to all that responed to my message ty for making me feel welcome
right now i am taking 30 tabs of meds down from 40 so going in right direction
dxd by pdr with post traumatic distress syndrome mostly gone and severe chemical inbalance
i hve been depressed for 10 years 3 times in hosp 2 times 7 weeks and 1 time 2 weeks
i am starting to do a bit better my meds make me very sleepy so i hve to take 3 naps a day i used to hate it but now i am accepting it most of the time its what i need for being stable and not crying all the time
lately i have been hving triggers or flashbacks about the loss of our son and about 16 months ago the loss of my best friend to suicide it must be a bit of a setback i see my pdr every week right now back into panic i hvent left the house for over 2 weeks cancelled my pdr appt i hve one this fri so i hope to meet some of u and get to know u i am also a good listener and hope to give also sincerely donna
