Lord, you sure have been through your own share of rough times, just wanted to let you know I'm sorry for that, but also proud of you that you are fighting to have continued strength to deal with it and other issues.
I could learn from you, for many years now, I've battled manic depression, acute anxiety disorder, and obsessive compulsive disorder without the use of medication and sometimes I feel as if I've just put my own self through hell, but with limited finances and all, no insurance, it's tough.
I hope to establish a doctor soon and atleast find something to help the anxiety.
I have a job in medical reception which is mental torture for someone with anxiety disorder and on top of that, I have to play the master actor and put on a show that I'm fine and nothing is wrong when inside I'm screaming.
Whoa, ok, this was meant to support you, not go into my own woes.
Take Care, ok, I wish you peace and kind regards,
and continued strength on your path to recovery, I can't imagine what it'd be like to lose a child and my heart goes out to you, I encourage you to seek others who have been through that same grief, I bet they could be ten times more helpful in that dept. than I.
Bill
