sorry you are feeling down, our situations are the opposite, my worst feelings were during the holidays but I'm gradually coming out of that. I hope you find that same peace and have more of it in your life. I always try to keep in mind that depression comes in waves and sometimes they last a short time, sometimes a long time, but I know when I'm down, I want relief as you.
