you put it so well, I used to be so adept at writing my feelings, but find I now hide it inside, but it is so refreshing when I read words from others and those words are so similar to my actual thoughts and feelings.
Thank you for sharing, if it's any consolation, you help others by venting what's in your heart. I know I could relate as I'm nearing 40 and am starting the life review process and quite honestly, I'm nowhere near the top or even the middle of the ladder, my friend. I'm still struggling near the bottom, financially and such, but I feel I have tremendous strength, perception, and insight I try to use to help myself and help others. I don't know if you realize it, but my friend, you possess that too and you're sharing your gifts.
Remember we here are all in the same boat, we have to help each other paddle.
