You sound so angry... I always thought that it means you care and are sensitive. People who don't care are apathetic.

I don't know your situation that well... but maybe she's trying to get to you? It's not very cool to put your kids between you and your wife and take sides... got to be real hard on them.

I got no reason to talk... but you gotta let her go. Your kids have got to be your focus now. They will need you for stability. I came from a bad family... I am just trying to understand... so maybe I am wrong... Jonathan
