Is the cancer considered in remission now?

As for your wife, she won't be the first person that has gone for their spouses benefits like this. Do you remember that one that killed her husband after the gulf war when she spent all his back pay or something like that. I guess it's all about survival with no consideration what that going to cost others or even if the actions are justified.
