Subject: Looking for a supportive place

Hi Folks,
I just stumbled onto this site in my quest to find a good support and bulletin board for depression. I have suffered with depression for many years. I am currently on three medications. I am starting to wonder what these drugs are doing to my body. I have just been shaking lately. I remember life without the drugs, and it was not pretty. Because of financial reasons, I recently had to end therapy, although I am not sure how much it helped. At least I could be honest with someone once a week about how strange and depressed I feel. I don't feel comfortable telling many people about the darkness that I fight. Its a miracle that I can work, and it takes alot of my energy, so all I do is sleep after I get home from work. I know there are no easy answers to this cycle I am stuck in. I really miss my therapist, because as frustrating as I found therapy, he was there for me. My expensive friend :).
Anybody have any advice how to get through a really tough period?

Thanks for Listening.

Francie
