Gem, it's really interesting you compared yourself to Forrest Gump, that's a character I think many can relate to. I know in my interactions with people, I say things sometimes and have this idea of how they'll react and they react totally opposite and look at me puzzled, which leaves me feeling stupid of misunderstood or something I say comes out the wrong way and then I really feel stupid. But Forrest, remember, also had a good heart, just wanted acceptance, did his best to make a difference in the world,
and was thoughtful. Just like you, friend. In all of your posts, I can see a sense that you're trying to make the best of things and wanting to be accepted and try to treat people well, even when people mistreat you. I don't think you're stupid at all, I think you have that "spark" that Forrest has.
