Without being nosey, I'm just wondering what the biggest obstacle is in the game, that prevents you from having what you want or need to be happy?

I'm like you on the "actual" games. If I see that I'm going to lose, I don't enjoy finishing the game anyway if it's something I'm playing by myself, like solitaire. I'd rather start over. I'm also one of those people who never bother to move all the cards up over the aces once I've won. I figure what's the point..

You're right, we only get one shot at this. At one time I thought I had it all figured out. Boy, was I wrong!! I've been a poor judge of character for most of my life, but getting better. Sometimes, if I start thinking too much about all that's happened in my life, I start to get bitter and feel like I wasted the "good years" on a credent who didn't give a shit about me. But then I try to tell myself that even though I am 40, and there's no way I can deny being middle-aged...there's still a lot of years that can be good. Just gotta find a way to make them better. I'm working on that.

I guess we always have to make plans for things we want to do and can do realistically and work toward those. Goals, etc. But sometimes situations make you feel trapped in a place you don't want to be. I've been all through that too.

Whatever it is that is making you feel trapped or like you can't win...is there any way around that or to overcome it?

Love,
Sandy
