Hey Rhonda...

I don't even know what to say. Divorces can be ugly. In my case the divorce wasn't as ugly as all the stuff that has followed..but it could have been. My lawyer tried his best to convince me to take Dennis and Karen to court. He said I could get Dennis for abandonment and adultery and that I could sue her for alienation of affection. He was really irritated that I wouldn't do it. But at the time, I was hurting so much and so was Matthew..I just wanted to get the divorce over with and not cause Matt or myself any more pain. If I'd known all the crap they were going to pull on me, I'd have drug them both through it without a thought.

Just remember, people can say whatever they want in papers. They have to back it up with proof when it goes to court. AND judges are just people like you and I. They've seen it all and they aren't stupid. They aren't easily fooled.

I don't really know that much about your situation, but I can tell you that court is stressful. I'll be thinking about you.

Love,
Sandy
